Every Fill Terms of Use

App license
The Every Fill app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add a few points about the app and this website. If these terms and the Standard EULA differ, the Standard EULA applies to the app.
Estimates and safe use
Fuel economy, costs and stats are calculated from what you enter or import, and are only as accurate as that data. They aren't official figures. Reminders are prompts you set yourself. They aren't the manufacturer's service schedule, a safety check or professional advice. Check your records and follow your vehicle manufacturer's maintenance guidance and a qualified mechanic's advice.
Acceptable use
- Use Every Fill only for lawful purposes and in line with the Standard EULA and the App Store's terms.
- Don't try to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app except where the law allows it.
- Don't use the app while driving; log fill-ups when you're parked.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the app and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as described in the Standard EULA.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Gabriel John Fordan isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
Backups and exports
Your records belong to you. They're stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud Drive, and you can export or delete them at any time. Backups depend on your iPhone, your iCloud settings and your available iCloud storage, so keep your own copies of anything important, for example with Settings › Export all data (CSV + photos). You are responsible for your backups and exports. Check your backup status and keep copies where appropriate.
Imports from other apps
You can import files from other apps, such as Fuelly CSV exports. Every Fill isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those apps. Their names are used only to describe compatible files.

This website is provided for information. We may update it, or these terms, at any time; the effective date shows when they last changed.
Trademarks
Fuelly is a trademark of its owner. Every Fill is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by Fuelly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
